support querying GitHub via Scala REPL

@2m already added a web UI for Scabot to assist with tracking open PRs
we would also like to be able to query PRs from the Scala REPL (not unlike some of the scripts in libscala, e.g. to sort and group by various fields
some partial work on this was done at the Typesafe code retreat earlier this month; I'm working on one or more PRs
