Update sbt-site version to 1.0.0

The current version of sbt-ghpages is incompatible with sbt-site v1.0.0 since sbt-site migrated to AutoPlugin.
What's the status of this? sbt-site says current version is 1.2.0-RC1. Can ghpages be updated to be compatible, please?
