Unable to lookup sbteclipse through lightbend repo

Hi,
I am using https://repo.lightbend.com/typesafe/ivy-releases/ repo to get my scala jars via our enterprise artifactory (see sbt/sbt#2871)
I am unable to get the sbteclipse plugin from this repo. Can you please advise why it might be happenning

It worked with version 3. I believe the latest version is not in the light bend repo
addSbtPlugin("com.typesafe.sbteclipse" % "sbteclipse-plugin" % "3.0.0")
It's available from the following location: https://dl.bintray.com/sbt/sbt-plugin-releases/
