Changes to Project Page

- Make a section for Open Source contributions
- Remove existing structure and only relevant projects over there and redirect to another page for more information instead of the current structure.
- Explanation for each featured project and how it came to be started should be there on the blog (Only add feature for now!)
- Use GitHub API to fetch README from GitHub to website
