Add hard-coded version info

More like a question tbh. As you can see in #157 I added some macros in the dsm.hpp file in order to define the current version. However, I don't like it and I think we can make it simple using CMake (as long as I know it is possible to define macros during compilation). I already tried to do it but I failed, what do you think @sbaldu?
