E-mail message should also display the metadata in a nice way

The message metadata is not displayed along with the e-mail content, atm.

There should be a part, possibly fixed, that shows the metadata
of the e-mail.

Something similar to what we find in here:
http://markmail.org/message/pcxqeyrcxwtumuzp
where the metadata is in the grey box.
Actually this grey box moves, our should remain fix.
