Produces a one bit dithered version of the input image.

dither [OPTIONS] <INPUT> --out <o>
FLAGS:

-V, --version Prints version information
OPTIONS:
-a, --algorithm <algo> Algorithm, floyd or atkinson, defaults to atkinson
-o, --out <o> Output path
