Did firefox 17 break lmnpop?

Hi,
I updated to firefox 17 and many video sites that used to work with lmnpop no longer work. A window pops out but its blank. The only site that seems to still work for me is youtube.
Sites that don't work anymore:

http://www.liveleak.com
http://www.gametrailers.com
http://www.own3d.tv
etc...
Anybody having the same problem with firefox 17?
Attempted a workaround there.

Thanks satyr. The workaround you linked worked on most of the sites I listed earlier except for twitch.tv but only after I disabled all my other Firefox add-ons first. So now I have to find out which of my 21 add-ons is screwing me over. Sorry for the trouble.
Well I went 1 by 1 to find out which add-ons were messing with lmnpop and found two:
- RequestPolicy [ Solved ]
You have to whitelist "data:text/html" in RequestPolicy's preference for lmnpop to work
- NoScript [ Solved ]
Make sure "Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too" is UNCHECKED in noscript's options under the Embeddings tab.

Also make sure "plugins.click_to_play" is false in about:config because you can't click to play in the window that lmnpop pops out.

Still doesn't work after the fix. ABP, DNTP and NoScript deactivated. Gives:
Browser.hx:273: Must be foreign: security error
Browser.hx:274: SecurityError: Error #2060
