Support IntelliJ 2024.1

Hi,
FYI last patch (2024.1) makes IDE no longer compatible with Fortran plugin :/
Plugin 'Fortran' (version '2023.3.1') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 233.* or older but the current build is IC-241.14494.240
It seems something similar to commit 7c066c1 (@satamas) must be done.
