Setup Instructions & Prerequisites

Accounts Needed

In order to interact with code examples, accounts for the following two online services will be needed:

• GitHub

  • To actively participate in this workshop, you'll need credentials for an account with GitHub.
  • If you don't already have an account, you can create one for free at https://github.com/signup

• Google

  • We'll be using Google accounts to run code examples in https://colab.research.google.com/
  • If you don't already have a Google Account, you can create one for free at https://accounts.google.com/signup

Attendee Prerequisites

This Hands-on Workshop is aimed at SAS programmers of all skill levels, including those with no prior experience using Git or GitHub.

For the best possible experience, we recommend a relatively new computer with a broadband internet connection and a modern web browser.
