When choosing a target (🎯) it should be selected by default

Currently we have an additional box - this is unnecessary
When adding a new target, we could also make it the default, given that:
- it will speed up the process
- most of the time that's what you want anyway
- now we have the target menu, it's really easy to switch back to another target
So effectively, this part of the process should be fully deprecated:
