always use `/` in the generated SAS code when running `sasjs fs compile`

It's nearly always the case that compilation is done in windows, whilst the deployment is done in Linux.
The forward slash (/) typically works in both platforms, certainly in SAS at least. So we should just use / in the SAS program.
