More Gremlins

Some more feedback / improvements on the gremlins feature:

noGremlins should be true by default (eg, if not specified)
The list of gremlin chars should be alphabetical (to make it easier to manage)
We should add the following (spaceless / spacey) gremlins if not already added: https://github.com/redoPop/SublimeGremlins/blob/main/Gremlins.py#L13
