Expand & redesign iconset

Icons are a bit all over the place, and could definitely use a more careful re-design. It may also be worth adding some new icons in places where it would be helpful.
Ideas/thoughts:
- logo-icons for Github and WordPress in the footer?)
- icons for post categories
- home and loved icons for Wanderlist places
- experiment with multi-coloured SVG icons!
Definitely a v2 for #16 though.
