Provide pre-built consoles

To facilitate adoption of Maia metrics further, we might ship prebuilt "consoles" (see https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/tree/master/consoles)
There are alternatives though:
- prebuilt Grafana dashboards are more beautiful, but require users to have a running Grafana instance (we could provide that with sapcc/kubernikus)
- Elektra would be the best place to have such prebuilt content. Power users can still opt to have their own Grafana but they are not required to
Prometheus consoles are not our way to go
