Malformed date

File 5418474_2_1_1470.xml has a malformed date and no "when" attribute in the date tag.
Similar: 5422062_4_0331.xml has an extra digit in the year.
Ditto: 5423404_1_0934.xml. Let me know if you'd rather I report these a different way. (Or fix them myself).
