Unable to use P0.00

I have a module from Holyiot that uses RC oscillator.
I want to use P0.00 and P0.01 for UART but I get any data on P0.00.
I tired setting the pinMode to OUTPUT and setting the pin to LOW, but it stays high.
Any idea?
Closing. Started working after a few full power resets.
