YouTube Videos Will Not Load When Opened With a Direct Link

Whenever I try to open a link directly to a video (any video), it will not load. It will behave like it is about to play the video and then it will display this error page: https://i.imgur.com/EcbpfPs.png
However, if I simply open https://www.youtube.com/ and navigate to a video by clicking things, it will load and play the video just fine.
It works normally in other browsers such as Microsoft Edge. And it works in Chrome in an Incognito window. It is only in a regular Chrome window that it will not work properly.

- Browser + Version: Google Chrome 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- OS Version: Windows 10 Home 64-Bit Version 2004 OS Build 19041.685
Things I have tried but do not work
- Removing all extensions except Metastream Remote
- Removing and reinstalling Metastream Remote
- Deleting all cookies for Metastream and YouTube
- Making sure third-party cookies are allowed
- My browser is up-to-date
