When I insert sd card, then resp me:403 Forbidden

Hi all,
I downgrade my device to version 3.0.3.56, then use Etcher build a fang-hacks 0.2.zip to SD-card, after this action , I insert SD-card to my devices, dong dong dong sound, I open http://ip/cgi-bin/hello.cgi or http://ip/cgi-bin/status.cgi, they response to this info:
403 Forbidden
