Implement {auth_authen}, {verify} and {cert_subject} Milter macros

What's the problem with the current implementation?
Grossd cannot differentiate mail from authenticated senders from spammers.
What would you like to be done?
Implement {auth_authen}, {verify} and {cert_subject} Milter macros so that
grossd can whitelist
authenticated senders.
