Upload to PyPi

Right now the package is registered, but not uploaded to pypi. This makes installing image-diet harder than it should be.
Just run a 'python setup.py sdist upload' or upload it through the pypi site and people can start using this useful piece of software without any hurdles.
Someone else (@josesanch) has already registered and uploaded this package under a slightly different name: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/o2w-image-diet/0.7
This seems somewhat undesirable...
I just wanted to use the package via pypi and I didn't know what to do.
Therefore, I uploaded that package looking forward to change the
dependency to the real package whenever is available.
