Add salt-minion?

I'm kind of surprised that the one piece of software everyone is definitely going to be running on their salt managed windows machines, the salt-minion, is not in the repo yet.
Good idea! I'll start adding each new salt-minion release to the repo as well.
Have this been forgotten? Or does anyone have a sample state for keeping minions up2date on windows?
