Providing TypeScript definitions

👋I've been experimenting with Theo in TypeScript and took a stab at creating type definitions. Since Theo is not written in TS, I've submitted a PR to DefinitelyTyped, the primary resource for third-party TS definitions: DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#28683
Would love additional eyes to verify their accuracy or potential improvements!
