Hello,

While I was updating Bioconda with the newer versions of SAIGE, they asked for a clarification about the license SAIGE is released under.

I see that in your DESCRIPTION you say: License: GPL (>= 2), but it's distributed with the GPL 3.0 and no references to older or newer versions. Also, older versions of SAIGE seem to be released under the LGPL 3.0: https://github.com/weizhouUMICH/SAIGE/blob/master/LICENSE

Is SAIGE GPL 2.0 or later, as the DESCRIPTION file indicates?
