Documenting Queue DS folder

I want to document the queue DS folder .So that it becomes easy for users to find their required programs.I have some free time so i documented this.I also try to document other folders,whenever i get time..
I know i don't get any point's for this documentation .Also i don't need points for this .Please merge my PR.
