get 8% miou when train ade datasets with 7classes

Hello, firstly thanks for your share!
Recently, I am using your model 'cityscapes.bisenet.R18.speed' to training my own dataset which is processed to 7classes with pretrained model 'R 18', But i got 8% class iou .
Could you help me to find where the fault is?
