410 Gone when running todoist sync

I just installed todoist on the AUR with todoist-git, I am on version 0.15.0.
I put my todoist api token and then when I run todoist sync I get

todoist-cli sync
Error: bad request: 410 Gone

Any idea on what is wrong ?

According to this documentation https://developer.todoist.com/sync/v8/#overview
the API v8 is deprecated since November 30
