1. Summary

http://lint.travis-ci.org/ version of WebLint is deprecated. sublime-travis-yml-lint now doesn't work as well.

2. Expected behavior

It would be nice, if you update sublime-travis-yml-lint. For example, it would be nice, if you integrate to your plugin Travis CI command line client behavior. This command successful lint my .travis.yml file at April 2018:

travis lint .travis-yml
