Link to relevant DACS principle
Describe how DACS does not currently meet this principle
We had some discussion about the fallout of Principles 6 and 11. Do they imply a mandate for version control? Is it too much to ask? Needs further discussion.
I expect that this will require a
- Minor change to DACS
- Major change to DACS
