Checks LaTex formatting issues (see /reports).

  • issues with quotes solved with \MakeOuterQuote{"} in main.tex
  • "A heading of level n should not be followed by a heading of level n+2 or more" -- mistakenly marks paragraph if it is inside subsubsection* (unnumbered). In some instances, I violate this rule deliberately (fix this later if this is a problem).
