Delete docker production environment

Arguments
- not used atm
- not desierable to use with current arch
- controller and game are more suitable for static hosting (eg s3)
- backend is easily hosted in vanilla Paas (eg heroku)
- not maintained (not sure it works)
- adds confusion in local dev
