Integrate with Inline 0.3.0

The next release of Inline, 0.3.0, has considerable improvements that allow for Specify to function better. For example, Inline has fixed the issue of errors not being registered by Xcode - they will not work.
I've opted to define the DSL using blocks to build tests and contexts.
