Build parameters for fcfg are incorrect

when passing the site.yml you reference --Config where it should be --Configs or -c
Whoops, I must have updated fcfg and not this, would be happy to accept a PR! (though tbqh I would be very tempted to re-write this whole pki thing in go if other people actually wanted to use it).
