Vehicles do not collide with pedestrians

Characters do not react to vehicles colliding with them. Vehicles and other objects should block character movement and characters should be able to walk on them.
How much this issue covers? Just collisions or all animations?
For now just collisions that work reasonably: no walking through vehicles, standing on vehicles works.
