@pietroalbini has made it possible for compiler team members to use craterbot. We should document it!

I'm going to close since this I think this is practically resolved. Searching for crater currently comes up with two pages:

https://forge.rust-lang.org/infra/service-infrastructure.html#crater links directly to the usage documentation (and I would be reluctant to duplicate that documentation more)
https://forge.rust-lang.org/release/crater.html contains some brief instructions for using crater.

I think there is definitely more that could be included about running crater, but I think that would best be done via issues or PRs targeting specific parts that seem under-documented.
