Responsive collapsing

I would like to suggest support for responsive collapsing on smaller screens.

Example:
https://deno.land/manual@v1.26.1/introduction

As you shrink the screen to mobile size, the menu is collapsed and can be open independantly.

mdBook does not collapse in a responsive manner.
