[Feature/Idea]: version recognition and auto-completion `PackageIdentifier` with `komac new`

What would you like to see changed/added?
I would like to be able to enter komac new <download_url>, and have Komac automatically get the version of the program, and also make a PackageIdentifier based on Publisher and PackageName, as is implemented in wingetcreate.
