App has no data since moving to iPhone 4, and will not update, even with force refresh

What postal code/address, search distance, and search date have you set Now
Playing to? 22201/5 miles/today
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upon launch, app reports "no information found" in all categories
2. Removing app from phone and reinstalling did not fix
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? There is no data... no
movies, no theaters, no upcoming, nothing.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 3.21 on
iOS 4

I am having this same problem, and the app is no longer available in the app
store. What gives?
