Bug description
Apparently since the DT2 beta, combat and non-combat skills* now have different timers for boosts. So the clock in the Boosts Information plugin is misleading, as for example if you drink a dwarven stout your attack may replenish as much as 30 seconds after your smithing level decreases. This can lead to unfortunate circumstances where someone drinks a cheap potion to check the timer, then thinks they are safe to drink an expensive boost.
In the attached video (sped up 2x) you can see attack ticks down at 0:45 and 1:45, while smithing ticks down at 2:00.
* I'm not sure if the breakdown is exactly combat vs non-combat, because strength and defense replenish at the same time smithing and mining deplete. So maybe there are timers for combat boosts vs (non-combat boosts and combat drains). Or, equivalently, stuff affected by the berserker prayer vs not.
