Navigation Menu and Quick links disappear from all pages...

Describe the bug
Hi Team,
After adding some additonal binaries to my
Rundeck UI is missing left navigation bar in all parts of the app, still able to access jobs, etc using URL.
I've reset to the vanilla rundeck/rundeck but still the image persists.

My Rundeck detail

• Rundeck version: [ 5.1.2]
• install type: [docker]
• OS Name/version: [ubuntu 20.04]
• DB Type/version: [postgres]

Expected behavior
Should have normal jobs, edit config in UI
