tsk tsk, no twitter cards?

Shouldn't the twitter theme take the title, desc, and permalink to create twitter card meta tags?

This looks like something simple enough that I could do it - especially since it's something that would be very useful for promoting my blog. When I get around to it, I'll create a pull request (assuming that this is, in fact, the correct repo - I haven't poked around it yet).
