Missing (transparent) titlebar with tilix in quake mode. (Material-Black-Pistachio-3.36)

In Material-Black-Pistachio-3.36, the tilix title bar is missing when launched in quake mode.
Does not happen with other themes.
adwaita dark:
with theme:
As you can see, the titlebar is transparent.
How can I fix/identify this?
