prodStack et exchangesStack : plus d'options

On pourrait aussi utiliser les options drawPoints, highLight, stepPlot et dyRangeSelector.
Pour prodStack et exchangesStack cette option ne rend pas un bon résultat visuel (à cause de l'empilement de graphiques)
