Adding "Google Author Rank" feature in rtPanel

Recently I came to know about "Google Author Rank". Its a feature which help each blogger to publish their post and get listed in google search results also with their photo. This help to attract more users to view that post.

So in rtPanel Theme framework when a user publish a post then he just has to put his Google+ id along with post and that’s it. Instead of remembering the whole anchor tag and putting it in his post which is not much feasible for a non-technical user.
