Quick question: Shouldn't we have a default /etc/rstudio/rsession.conf ?

Shouldn't we have a default rsession.conf under workbench/conf ? This could be related to rstudio/rstudio#5964 Currently, I'm getting the same message, "unable to open file" as explained in that issue, but instead of permissions errors I think it might be related to the lack of such file...
