Full dome Legacy camera breaks when creating Standalone app

I'm currently using Unity 2019.2.14f1.
Excuse me if I'm missing anything, I'm a bit of a beginner.
I'm trying to send a full dome feed through Spout into Processing/Touch Designer. Everything seems to go very smoothly while I'm previewing in Unity, I can even see the feed in Processing/Touch Designer. But once I make a standalone app with your example legacy scene, the app is empty, and the Spout feed is empty.

I've ruled out Spout as being an issue, as I've deleted all my Spout components and the standalone app is still empty.

Hi! I've actually not tried that. Will give it a shot when I have some spare time.
Any contribuions are welcome if you find the problem.

Thanks! I'm also looking into using your HDRP Full Dome camera, but ran into more issues as I exported a standalone app. At the time, I thought it was a Spout incompatibility, but perhaps it was a Standalone app issue as well. As I test more, I'll update.
