Defender spawning code

Currently the defender spawn code will only run by the closest room, this is a problem as if the room is unable to spawn the unit then it will not be spawned. Units should be ordered by the closeness of the rooms and then spawned
Attempts to spawn a defender by the 3 closest rooms.
