Not answering

Hello,
Lexiconjure is great and gives really funny definitions. But it does not answer the tweets I send it. For example I tweeted "@lexiconjure covfefe" (and I was not the only one, you did too), but it didn't answer me (I also sent another word some time ago). Is there any explanation or is it just a random bug and I was unlucky ?
It still seems to work for some other people who recently successfully got an answer.
