I created a dogechain wallet a couple of years ago, bought a dogecoin, and last year I broke my phone with google authenticator, there is no secret key.
I am ready to pass any checks, photos, videos, passports, anything.
this is my wallet and my money is there.
and most importantly, this money is very much needed by my family!
I will write every day hoping for help, I can't lose chance! make your family happier.

I have my username, password, my mail is confirmed (there is a FULL NAME) I can show my passport, any private information, when I came in, what I did, my city, a message in the mail about registration is also there. The public key is there, my ID is there to log in, password, email during registration is also with me.

Nobody here can reset the 2FA on your Dogechain account. Send an email to support@block.io explaining that you lost the 2FA for your Dogechain account and provide them with your wallet id.

they say that they can't turn off 2FA, because they can't confirm with confidence that it's mine.

So the issue is that none of us have access to your private key, which, is the only thing that will give you access to your wallet.
So to be clear:
- You need to get your private key from block.io
- None of us can get you your private key for you
- If
Block.iowon't respond, we cannot fix that - We are just developers, not associated with an exchange
Please be careful offering to share your "documents" with virtually anybody online, that is not very safe.
Take time to read about asymmetric cryptography and avoid giving anybody ownership of your keys in the future, you won't have this problem again if you can do that.

I wrote to a person who takes 50% of the balance for withdrawing 2FA and he withdrew it in 12 hours!
He took out 2FA in 12 hours!! and he took all my money! this is a scam.
But he took off 2FA!
And I begged you to help!
