Pin 14 of the V9958 glue IC needs connecting to DTACK (with a jumper to support r1 boards)

DTACK handling is corrected in r1.2 boards, this now needs to be supported by the V9958 card.
The GAL already does the appropriate thing, but on first revision boards the pin is not connected (an interim jumper wire fix has been issued to the community).
Going forward, this pin needs to be connected. It should run through a jumper to allow the functionality to be disabled when working with an r1 board (driving DTACK on that board will cause excessive current draw and potential incorrect operation).
Fixed on r1.2 (now current).
